Returns & Refund Policy

14-day returns

If a hat isn't right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery as long as it's unworn and in its original condition. Customers cover return shipping costs for standard returns.

How to start a return

Email info@shoplegacyteam.com with your order number and we'll send instructions.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we inspect it and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Exchanges

Want a different color or a set instead? Tell us in your return email and we'll swap it for you.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 14 days and we'll make it right.
